DIANE: I am a patient coordinator at Germantown Dental Group, and I am so proud to be a part of this dental team. It’s a team that thirsts for knowledge. We’ve never quit learning here. CANDICE: One of the things that really struck me as an employee here was the importance the doctors place on their continuing education and I have had the privilege of going along with them to some of their events, and one thing that I’ve learned as being a student is that education is so important, that in school they give you the basics, and dentistry is constantly changing, and it’s up to you once you get out of school to continually improve on your skills and to learn new skills and that is something that the doctors here are extremely passionate about, and they want to offer the most fabulous care, the most cutting edge care that they can to their patients, because that’s what’s important to them, and the only way to do that is to be continually educating themselves.
