Cary appreciates the professional service and personalized treatment that she received from the dentist and the staff at our Germantown dental practice.

CARY: I was looking for a new dentist and when I came to Germantown Dental, I was impressed with when I came in. Everybody was friendly and it was a kind of a homey atmosphere. And the thing that I really liked the best about it is that the fact that they run on schedule, which is important to me because if I'm going to take time out of my day, I want to be able to schedule that and so there's not a lot of waiting around. What I really like about Dr. Gruen is that he really talks to you as if you're just sitting there chatting. And he's good about explaining everything he's going to do ahead of time. I'm not really anxious necessarily when I got to the dentist, but I know a lot of people are. And I can only imagine that's got to make them feel, you know, more at ease because of the fact that he explains everything. So there's not any surprises.
