Mandy - Smile Design

Mandy came to Germantown Dental Group for a smile makeover because she was born with missing lateral incisors. Thanks to Dr. Mickey Bernstein, Mandy can smile again with a newfound confidence.

MANDY: I was born missing my lateral incisors. I didn't have either one of those. And I had been to several dentists that had tried to, after I had my braces, put some teeth in the places, the ones I was missing. And I had so many issues. The teeth wouldn't stay in, or they didn't look right. And you know, being a 16-year old girl missing her teeth, you know, and trying to get something to fit the spot, I just—I couldn't find anything that I wanted or that looked good or that stayed in place. And my parents came to Dr. Bernstein. And they brought me over here. And he took one look at me and said, okay, I know what we're going to do and put some teeth in. And I have gotten compliments, I mean this was back I guess several years ago. And everybody compliments me on my teeth because he did such an awesome job. And the purpose of doing this new cosmetic treatment was to kind of elongate my face, because I kind of had a mousy smile, kind of boxy. And it wasn't really feminine. So he wanted to elongate my face and give me more feminine look, which I think he did perfectly because I mean, every day of my life, I'm not kidding, somebody comes up and says you've got the most beautiful smile I've ever seen in my life. And thanks to Dr. Bernstein, I mean, he did a great job.
