During Your First Visit

During your initial appointment at Germantown Dental Group, our dentists and staff will get to know you and your dental needs, concerns, and goals. Then we will design a treatment plan just for you.

CHRISTINA: From the first time you call, you will talk to a patient coordinator. And we will go over what your first experience is like, what kid of needs that you have, what kind of time frame that you're looking at, and any concerns you may have. After that, you come in for your first initial appointment. And you're greeted—as soon as you walk in the door. Hey, how are you? Nice to see you. And the patient coordinator is the first person that you essentially see when you walk in the door. And then we will spend a little bit of time with you in a consultation room and really take the time to get to know you, which means that I would be the complete liaison between you and the relationship with the doctor and any needs that you have as far as your fear, your financial needs. Anything can be addressed to, for you to achieve your goals so you can get the smile that you've always wanted. We will be with you from your very first appointment throughout hopefully your whole lifetime in dentistry. I think taken that time is essential to us starting a great relationship with you. And that way, when you call our office, you can ask for me. And I will know you—exactly who you are, what your stories are, your concerns. And it just kind of builds the relationship between myself and you.
