LYNN: One of the things that we're the most proud of, I think at this office is that we have a very personal approach for our patients. There's a lot of patients out there who have had negative dental experiences in the past. And because of that, they are either very fearful of coming to the dentist, they're embarrassed to come to the dentist. Some of them have been humiliated by other dentists. Some of them have been hurt by other dentists. And it sets them at ease to know that I have a friend here in this office who is going to be by my side. And it's going to help me convey those things to the dentist to hear, as well as the rest of the team. And it's going to assure that those things aren't going to happen to me again, that this is going to be a good experience for me. And all of my needs are going to be heard. And those needs are going to be addressed for me. I won't have to, you know, worry about anything. And those kinds of things, I don't think you can find in most offices.
