About Our Staff

At Germantown Dental Group, our staff will work closely with you throughout your treatment.

DIANE: As a patient coordinator in Germantown Dental Group, I am the person that the patient connects with from the very first visit, their very first phone call, to the celebration appointment in the end. I am able to walk with them through their procedures and through their questions, be the liaison many times between the patient and the doctor. We are always easily accessible. We answer the phone all day long. We're only one person away. And it just gives you somebody that you can reach very quickly, that can get the doctor very quickly for any needs that you may have. And I think in a lot of dentists office, you don't have that person. And even through my own experience going through patients from the beginning to their very first visit whenever they're scared to death, they may have been dealing with a dentistry fear for a long time 'til the very last day they get the smile of their dreams, where they just can't believe that they've made it this far. And they tear up. And that's just kind of I think the benefit. And you don't have that extra friend in a regular standard dentist office that you can go to for those type of things. We have patients and staff members who find their job enjoyable and love their experience here at our office.
