BETHANY: Something you’ll notice about the team when you enter the practice is that we all love our job, and we’ve worked other places and we know that this is the best place to work. The reason it’s the best place to work is because of our dentists, and we’re so excited to see the transformations that they create in patients every day, and do as much as we can to make the patient’s experience incredible, and we go out of our way to do that.

DIANE: What I do is I build a relationship with the patients, and they sit down with me and they tell me that their smile is something that’s been an embarrassment for them all of their life, and it’s kept them from their dreams, and it’s so rewarding in the end when we finally have a chance to give them that smile that they always wished they had. It gives them that, that confidence to step out, and that’s what makes everything worthwhile. That’s why we love our job here, because it’s rewards that you can get nowhere else.
