Dr. Mickey Bernstein

Dr. Mickey Bernstein has practiced cosmetic dentistry in Germantown, Tennessee for more than 30 years. He maintains a personal philosophy that people deserve to look their best and have a positive self-image. He is devoted to providing the most technologically advanced and beautiful cosmetic dental designs and restorations available today. Dr. Bernstein has a special interest in helping people with worn and eroded teeth, including people dealing with eating disorders such as bulimia. He is also a volunteer helping restore the smiles of survivors of domestic abuse through the Give Back a Smile Program.

Education

Dr. Bernstein is a graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry and an Alumnus of the L.D. Pankey Institute of Advanced Dental Education. In addition to helping patients with advanced dental treatment at Germantown Dental Group, Dr. Bernstein teaches the cosmetic dentists of tomorrow as a member of the Adjunct Faculty in the Department of Esthetic Dentistry at the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry. He is certified to perform sedation dentistry and has advanced training in treatment of snoring and sleep apnea, Invisalign®, Six Month Smiles®, and DURAthin® Prepless Veneers.

Dr. Bernstein has been awarded Accredited Member status in the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry* – an honor that only a few other dentists in Tennessee and a few hundred worldwide share. He also served as the 2008-2009 president of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry*. Dr. Bernstein’s memberships include:

Dr. Bernstein and his wife, Diane, have seven children and twelve grandchildren.
